Supportive. Structured. Connected.
HELP RVA provides recovery-supportive housing in Richmond, Virginia. Clear expectations, shared responsibility and everyday encouragement help residents build routines in a substance-free home. Residents can also connect with outside services for support beyond housing.
Peer leaders draw on lived experience to offer encouragement, mentoring and support with recovery goals. Staff and peers help residents work through conflicts, strengthen coping strategies and find local resources. This is practical, community-based support; HELP RVA does not provide clinical treatment.
Foundations for Everyday Recovery
Residents take an active part in the household through shared responsibilities, recovery meetings, and community participation. Random drug and alcohol screening supports the substance-free environment. Accountability is paired with respect, clear communication, and support in meeting household expectations.
